Minneapolis Photographer | Bauer Family

On one of the hottest days last summer, I met the Bauers while tagging along with Erin Johnson Photography. What an adorable family! It's so much fun to meet and work with a family that is so eager for their session. And their outfits...so darling! The three kiddos were troopers in the heat and quick to smile. That helped us out and made this session one of my favorites of the summer.  Looking at this session during this long, cold month of March makes me long for those dreadfully hot days of summer!

Minneapolis Wedding Photographer | Kari and Nate

On a windy day in January I went to Kari and Nate's wedding with Erin Johnson Photography. The ceremony took place in a beautiful, little church on a hill off of a dirt road in southern Minnesota. Though it was a small church it was full of character and history, especially within Nate's family. It actually is very similar to a church my grandparents attended and maintained and I enjoyed reminiscing. I'm sure Kari and Nate felt a lot of love on their wedding day since the church was packed with friends and family. The couple and wedding party braved through the cold and snow for a few moments and even their beloved St. Bernard made an appearance!

Minneapolis Engagement Photographer | Lindsey & Paul

Lindsey and Paul are dear friends of mine and I was thrilled when they asked me to take their engagement photos. After a year abroad in Germany, these adventurers made it back to Minnesota and are tying the knot. We met in Loring Park on a cool, fall day and had a blast. I just love their ease around each other and can't wait for their wedding in a few short weeks!
